Houston, Texas

Houston is the fourth biggest city in the United States and the biggest city the state of Texas. It was founded by John Kirby Allen and Augustus Chapman Allen in 1836. The name comes from the former president of the Republic of Texas, Sam Houston. When you think of Texas, all you can imagine might be cowboys or farms (thanks to those Cowboy movies) but Texas is much more than just being a Cowboy town. It is very rich in geography and culture. Therefore, it has a lot of things to offer such as beaches, mountains and deserts such as Big Bend National Park, Padre Island National Sea Shore as well as the Houston's Museum District and Space Center Houston.
