Central Park is located between the Upper West and Upper East Sides of Manhattan in New York City. It is the fifth largest urban park which covers an area of 843 acres in the city. 38 million people visit the park every year which makes it the most visited urban park in the U.S, in addition to being the most filmed location in the world due to its popularity. There are many attractions which visitors can enjoy in the park, such as the Central Park Carousel, the Central Park Zoo, Central Park Mall, The Ramble and Lake, the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, Hallett Nature Sanctuary and Wollman Rink. Several hundred species of fauna and flora can be observed in the park.
