About Sydney Harbour Bridge
Sydney Harbour Bridge is an arch bridge in Sydney, Australia. The construction of the bridge started in 1923 and it was opened to public in 1932. Between the central business district of Sydney and the North Shore, the bridge carries rail, cars, bicycles, and pedestrian traffic. It is also nicknamed as ‘Coathanger’ due to its design and look. The view of the bridge is considered as an iconic image of Sydney along with the harbour and the nearby Sydney Opera House.
