The Museum of Childhood, Edinburgh

The Museum of Childhood is a museum which is dedicated to the history of childhood. It houses a wide collection of playthings and toys. The collections include teddy bears and exquisite dolls from the eighteenth century, all dressed in clothing according to the period. Amongst several other items, visitors can also discover puppets, toy soldiers and tiny cars with pedals. The museum can be found on the Royal Mile, in Edinburgh, Scotland.
